File monitoring is enabled for a file which could not be found

I installed a new version of PHP on my Windows 2008 server using IIS7 and used PHP manager to point my website to this new version. As soon as I run phpinfo.php I get the error: HTTP Error 500.0...

Downloading PHP Manager

I have not been able to download the manager for either 32-bit or 64-bit. No error messages or the like. Any ideas.

[display error] Some strings are displayed incompletely

For example, when you have PHP installed in 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\Additional\PleskPHP5' it gets cut of to 'C:\Program Files' (cfr. image attached)

Add possibility to change path to php.ini
